Working with our partners, we are committed to advancing Simandou, Africa’s largest integrated mining and infrastructure project, responsibly, safely and at pace.

The SimFer entities (SimFer S.A, SimFer Infraco Guinée S.A) are the joint-venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea and SimFer Jersey Limited which is owned by Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH), a Chinalco-led joint venture of leading Chinese SOEs including Baowu.

SimFer S.A hold rights to Simandou’s block 3 and 4 for which we are responsible for developing.
